Inwild Meidjo SR "Safety Release" Heel Units (2)

These are the heel units supplied with the Meidjo 3 SR bindings. Designed to provide additional safety, these heel units have an anti-friction plate, similar to that use on the better alpine and alpine touring bindings.
In the event of lateral binding release the plate slides sideways with the boot, letting the boot exit faster from the bindings.
The SR heel units have the same two stage heel lifts as the previous heel units.
Using the same hole pattern as the standard heel unit supplied with the Meidjo 3 and earlier versions, the Meidjo SR Heel Units can easily be retrofitted.
